Discover our Little Juno agenda!
For babies + 6m + mommy
July 15th - 16:00 h
Postnatal Meditation is an invitation to open ourselves to the art of non-doing, to the joy of pausing together. It is a practice for two hearts: yours and your baby’s.
What does the practice involve?
We will engage in mindful movements through gentle and fluid sequences, always guided by the breath. Then, we will ease into a guided meditation that invites us to inhabit stillness, rest from within, and gently return to our center.
All ages
July 15th, 17:30 h
A space to enjoy stories that spark the imagination and connect with deep emotions.
Through storytelling, children naturally absorb lessons and values, exploring the world—and themselves—through listening and reflection.
Free from haste or expectations, this warm moment invites dreaming, feeling, and sharing, planting seeds that will accompany their growth.
Ages: Guilty as charged! This activity is for all ages. If your little one is under 6, they should come accompanied by an adult.
Ideal for families with little ones aged 5 and up.
Wednesdays ( 18:30h)
Movement, Play, and Family Connection.
An hour to move together, play, laugh, and (re)discover the body as a bridge for communication and bonding. Contact blends dance, improvisation, and lots of play, all within a safe, pressure-free space.
No prior experience needed—here, strength, tenderness, and deep listening are awakened all at once. A space to cultivate trust, presence, and joy through shared movement.
Because moving as a tribe is also a way to grow!

July 16th (18:30 h)
A practice to return to the present, the body, and connection.
Family Yoga is a space for loving connection, where mothers, fathers, sons, and daughters rediscover each other through movement, breath, and shared play.
Inspired by the philosophy of yoga and based on the Suryakiranam method, we cultivate presence, deep listening, and connection—not through pressure, but through lived experience in togetherness.
It’s not about perfect poses, but about supporting one another, laughing together, and inhabiting ourselves as a tribe.
