Founded by an intergenerational team of American and Spanish women with extensive local and international professional careers, Juno House also has the support of a Catalan family office who has committed to the value and social impact that the project will generate, the scalability and its legacy that it can offer to the city of Barcelona.
Passionate entrepreneur and mother to two kids under three, Natalie is the founder and CEO of Juno House. With a background in brand marketing and communications, Natalie brings years of start-up and creative agency experience to the team. Originally from Chicago, Natalie has spent more than 10 years in Barcelona working across EMEA for international brands and tech clients such as; ForceManager, Edelman, trip4real, HP and more. Her inspiration for founding Juno House comes from her own experiences balancing a high-demand career with the responsibilities of motherhood. With Juno House Natalie aims to create a new reference point for work/life balance and women-to-women collaboration that starts in Barcelona, and expands globally.
Trained yogi, foodie and hospitality professional, Liana leads the effort to create an amazing member experience at Juno House. With a hybrid background in both high-end hospitality, and private equity, Liana is dedicated to creating a member-centric space, with excellent service and experiences. Before moving to Barcelona, Liana spent years working in New York City in the financial events industry, overseeing accounts in the U.S., and Latin America. Originally from Maine, Liana calls Barcelona her adopted second home, and looks forward to bringing some NYC flair to Juno House while creating spaces that encourage growth and holistic well-being.
Eva is a seasoned entrepreneur passionate about diversity, equality and supporting women-led business. Eva is the co-founder of the management consultancy, WeEQUAL, focused on helping companies use diversity as a launchpad for growth and revenue. At Juno House Eva brings years of experience in marketing and finance, acting as Advisor and Board Member. Eva is also the mother of two girls, and co-founder of WeRock Capital, women angel investors and mentors. Originally from Catalunya, Eva has years of international experience living across Europe and the U.S
