This class helps stressed executives, leaders and changemakers to shift away from stress and anxiety to calm, focused minds, relaxed jaws within 15 minutes.

StrongHer Kick

Channel your energy through dynamic movement and technical, explosive work to boost your cardiovascular capacity.

Baila, baila, baila

This energizing session always starts on the right foot thanks to the guided choreography and infectious energy that will make you forget entirely that this counts as exercise.

Energy Boost HiiT

Sculpt muscles, and conquer every move in this electrifying session. Using weights, resistance bands and interval work, get ready to unleash your inner powerhouse!

Urban Afrolatino Disco Flow

Move and enjoy. A mix of Afro-Latin rhythms, urban energy, and disco vibes in an atmosphere designed to let go, enjoy, and have fun.

Fit Pilates + Hipopresivos

A classic but powerful approach with technical movements that target major and minor muscles using pilates props to facilitate precision. 

Juno Barre

Drawing from the infamous conditioning of ballet + functional training, Barre is extremely effective in toning and tightening, especially in the lower body.

Tight&Tone

A Juno Studio favorite, this 45´ class combines basic and functional movements for an upbeat experience that our fitness lovers don’t like to miss.

Yin Yang Yoga

A class to stretch the calm the nervous system and gain flexibility with dynamic flow followed by calming and passive postures to balance the result.

Breathe & Restore

A gentle yet powerful practice that blends mindful breathwork with restorative yoga to ease tension, promote balance, and cultivate deep relaxation.

Yoga Tone Up

60 minutes of toning based on yoga poses and flowing movement while using free weights to strengthen your body, always accompanied by big beats.

Cardio Barre Sculpt

Turning up the dial of intensity on our Juno Barre, this class also focuses on toning and functional training but at a faster, invigorating pace.
