Juno House is coming to Costa del Sol’s La Zambra Hotel for a three-day summit in honor of Women’s Entrepreneurship Day.
Andalucía Connect is a summit for the region’s leading forces and beyond to connect, collaborate, and create impact. From leadership breakfasts with CEOs to a special dinner for female founders, Juno House is bringing the movement to Andalucía – because the founder mindset is contagious, and our world needs more women in leadership.
As we move into 2026, a year of accelerated global transformation, Juno House stands as a catalyst for female talent and leadership. Through our expanding Women Who Inspire summit series, we’re taking the mission from our flagship in Barcelona to the world – connecting women who create, innovate, and above all, inspire.

10:00h – Leadership Breakfast
Join us for a special breakfast to inaugurate the summit, featuring a welcome by Natalie Batlle, President of Juno House, Noelia Neyro, Director of Marketing at La Zambra, and Esther Carmona, Head of Marketing and Tourism at McArthurGlen Designer Outlets.
The morning will include a styling and fashion talk hosted by Sheila Picher, stylist and instructor at ELLE Education, followed by networking.
12:00h – Juno Ride & Women in the Arts Power Lunch
Guests will participate in a ride through La Zambra and Costa del Sol using premium ebikes from our partners at Riese & Muller. This session features Danish-Spanish visual artist Judith Naess in a thought-provoking conversation about women, money, and power, exploring how the current geopolitical landscape shapes our world — from the arts to business. Co-hosted by Liana Grieg and Natalie Batlle, co-founders of Juno House.
Founder Mindset: Celebrate Women’s Entrepreneurship Day with an institutional breakfast alongside women from the business and entrepreneurial worlds, a self-care masterclass at tea time, and a Women Who Inspire dinner dedicated to female creators.

Celebrate Women’s Entrepreneurship Day with Juno House and the Andalucía Tourism Board. A roundtable about resilience, intuition, and the art of starting a business, featuring women entrepreneurs Raquel Zamora, thought leader for women’s entrepreneurship and wellness and Maryam Blanes, Founder of Julieta Brand and moderated by Natalie Batlle and Ainhoa Cobo, Head of Luxury at Andalucia Tourism. Presided over by Ana Mata, mayor of Mijas.
16:00h – Tea Time & The Art of Beauty Masterclass
Discover the world of Valmont through an exclusive masterclass celebrating the art of beauty, wellness, and timeless radiance. Embark on an exclusive journey with Valmont’s L’Elixir des Glaciers premium collection, reimagined for 2025. A sensory experience and immersive ritual celebrating timeless beauty and luxury to take a pause during the summit. Featuring a self-care talk with entrepreneurial women.
19:00h – Women Who Inspire Private Dinner & Styling Session by Falconeri

To connect and inspire – building new relationships and collaborations, the Juno House way. This intimate Supper Club features a styling session led by Cindy Figueroa, stylist and creative director, and special surprises from our partner Falconeri, experts in fine cashmere.

10h – Running Club, Yoga & Brunch powered by Under Armour
Join us for a special edition of our iconic Running Club, powered by Under Armour, this time hosted at La Zambra. Limited to just 20 guests, the experience includes a running session, followed by pilates and mindfulness, and a healthy brunch led by Juno Woman and fitness ambassador, Carolina Guillén, together with Lisa Dang from Rachel’s Eco Love and Juno House Co-Founder, Liana Grieg.
